The validity of Vietnam e-visas has been extended to 90 days.
(Vietnam e-visas) The most recent development is that, on June 24, members of Vietnam’s National Assembly approved extending the validity of electronic visas for tourists arriving in the country. Vietnam’s e-visa will soon be valid for 90 days instead of the current 30 days, allowing multiple entries.
As per reports, Vietnam’s legislators on June 24 at the Public Gathering passed an endorsement to expand electronic visas for inbound guests. This was on suggestion of the public authority.
Currently Accepts Vietnam e-visas
Vietnam has recently emerged as one of South East Asia’s most popular destinations due to its colonial history, cuisine, natural landscapes, and budget-friendly tourism.
Vietnam e-visas currently accepts e-visas from 80 nations, including India, China, Greece, Japan, South Korea, the United States, Italy, and Hong Kong SAR and Macau SAR passport holders. According to the government website, the visa processing fee is $25 (INR 2,049) and takes three to four days.
For 45 days instead of 15 days, citizens of the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Sweden, Russia, Finland, Denmark, Japan, and South Korea do not need a visa to visit Vietnam e-visas.
